Whale Hello There! Welcome to the first module of the Communication Toolkit for Twin Flames! In this section of the course we’re going to lay down the groundwork. Take your time moving through this section because a strong foundation makes the rest of the growth so much easier! 

First, let me share a little bit about who I am and why I do what I do. 

My Twin Flame journey has been about finding the union between the spiritual experience and the human one. I want to take the highest expression of things like love and soul and I want to ground them into the messy reality that is everyday life as a human being. I want to take this experience and live it with as much soul as I can. I do this within myself and I do this through my Twin Flame relationship.

Manifesting my Twin Flame relationship into physical and spiritual union was a process. I’ve always held out for a big type of love and as soon as I found it I knew what was in my hands. It was by no means easy, the human experience does include heartbreak, pain, loneliness, hurt and so much more, but when I felt that alongside the forgiveness, healing, empowerment, unconditional love, grace, and trust from the spiritual side, it’s enough to move things in the right direction. 

While in separation I did a bunch of research and most of the forums online discussed the bleak and painful outlook that I had ahead of me. They said it would be forty years before anything ever changed. I found one source at that time that said otherwise (twinflames1111.com), and combined with the strongest inner knowing I had already had, it gave me the courage to set my sights on as quick of a separation as possible. 

And I dove completely into the Twin Flame experience and work around it and three days shy of a year from our first date, we were back together. While we have still had our challenges and still do have our challenges, we are committed to moving through them together. When something comes up I can dive into the same exercises I've shared with you in this course to improve our communication and grow even closer. 

And while everyone has a different Twin Flame journey, I want this for you too. This course is one way for me to help you open the lines of communication with your Twin Flame so that you can begin to build again together, in the physical, and the spiritual. I want you to have the union between your reality and spirit too.
