Coaching and Readings are such valuable tools, but sometimes what you need is something a little less verbal and a little more energetic. This is something that has been sitting with me a lot as a coach, as I often recommend energy healing to my clients, but it doesn't click as a practice for everyone! Everyone has various degrees of confidence in their energy skills, and everyone has different strengths! Some people don't feel like they can work on themselves, and maybe others feel like they specialize in manifestation over healing work. 

So, my higher self gentle prodded me to offer something related to energy work and healing, and let me know that more will be coming. 

So my first offering is a done for you energy healing session the comes with a written report so you know exactly what came up and what shifted. 

We're going to focus on the Chakra system as a form of structure and I'll take my time working all the way through the Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra in both and your Twin Flames as individuals, before exploring the shared chakra system and how your individual chakras are working together. 

At each Chakra, I'll be writing a report describing what I'm seeing, what energy work I'm doing, and the results afterwords, plus any tips for you to continue nurturing the new energy that way you know everything that's going on, and can build on the momentum that it creates. Once the session is complete, I'll send the report over to you!
